Tickets
are EACH subject to a surcharge of £15; (£10 on
Young
Adult or Child) if booked later than 14
days
before
your camp begins. Your 25% deposit will guarantee
your place(s)
at the camp, unless the camp you wish
to attend is
full,
in which case. we will return your
deposit in full
straight
away and put you on a cancellation
list. On
receipt of your
deposit we will send you

A reminder of the date you need to have paid in
full
by

On
receipt of the full balance we will forward
tickets,
details
of how to reach the camp etc.. Your deposit will
hold your
place, although payment in full must be received
no later
than 14 days before the start of the camp
to be
surcharge free. If you pay a 25% deposit but then
fail for
some reason to forward the full balance in
sufficient time,
your place(s) will still be held and
you will have
until
the camp begins to make the remainder
of your
payment, plus
surcharge.
REFUNDS:
All but the first £20 (admin. fee) of payment will be refundable
should you need to cancel at
anytime
UP TO 14 DAYS
before the camp of your choice
begins. At
this time,
your deposit becomes non-refundable.
After this,
no
refunds will be made other than in exceptional
circumstances
at the organiser’s discretion.
STOPOVERS:
If you have booked for more than one camp and wish
to stay
on site during the interim period, a extra fee of
£15
per night per adult, £10 per young adult and £5
per child for camping will be charged if prior
arrangement
has been made. However the organiser reserves the
right
to evict any unwelcome guests or staff without
explanation.
