Tickets are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. To avoid disappointment we urge to book early and take advantage of a £15 Advanced booking discount on every ADULT ticket. Plus £10 advance booking discount off TEEN & CHILD prices. If you intend to book online we cannot accept a deposit, your ticket price must be paid in full. Booking by post, assuming you are booking early enough (see small print) you need to enclose 25% deposit to secure your place at a Camp.
If you're not sure yet, of the exact number in your party, don't put off booking. We will hold back a few additional places for people who later decide they wish to bring an extra friend or child but these will only be available to those who have already paid a deposit.

Tickets are EACH subject to a £15 discount (£10 off Teen or Child) provided (booking by post only) you book now and pay in full no later than 14 days before your camp begins. Your 25% deposit will guarantee your place(s) at the camp-unless the camp you wish to attend is full, in which case. we will return your deposit in full straight away and put you on a cancellation list. On receipt of your deposit we will send you

On receipt of the full balance we will forward tickets, details of how to reach the camp etc., NB your 25% deposit does not guarantee your early payment discount. Payment in full must be received no later than14 days before the start of the camp in order to quality for this. If you pay a 25% deposit but then fail for some reason to forward the full balance in sufficient time to qualify for the discount, your place(s) will still be held and you will have until the camp begins to make the remainder of your non discounted payment, provided you let us know this is your wish.
REFUNDS: All but the first £20 (admin. fee) of your deposit will be refundable should you need to cancel at anytime UP TO 14 DAYS before the camp of your choice begins. After this date, your deposit becomes non-refundable but a refund of the remainder of your booking fee will be made, on your application in writing, up to 7 days before the beginning of the camp. After this, no refunds will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the organiser’s discretion. CONCESSIONS: Our Standard Rate tickets are designed to offer good value and be affordable. Concessions tickets are offered out of respect for the needs of those on a low wage or state benefit. We leave it to your integrity and honesty to decide if you qualify for the concessionary rate. SEASON TICKET; Season Tickets are not transferable nor can they be refunded once the part of; or camp season begins. There are no early booking discounts on season tickets. The season ticket does not permit holders to stay on site during the periods between camp unless by prior arrangement and additional charge £5 per person per night has been paid. |
